Long-Term Living – Pomeroy Living

At Pomeroy we love the way our clients and their families respond when we talk about building long-term relationships with them.  It is such a different way of caring from what they expect and we’re more than happy to provide that difference.

We start by getting to know you and your family and not just by checking off items on a list! If this is going to be a long-term relationship, we want to know everything we can about who you are.  You are a person with a story, an opinion and a set of preferences. You are also connected to a family. They have their ways as well. Right from the start, you are matched with a health manager who will become a partner in your long-term care.

You will also get to know our highly skilled team of professionals. Our goal is something we call personal continuity, where we make sure that all the positive facets of your daily routines are integrated and coordinated, 24/7. And when you need help, you’ll get the right help for you and you’ll get it now!

As for our long-term living communities, each layout was designed to let the light and fresh air in, and provide you with a more vital living experience. We don’t believe in fencing our clients in and keeping the community out. So, instead of long dark hallways and lots of white coats, you’ll see more of the real world around you, because the Pomeroy environment encourages visitors and involvement from the community.

Long-term living at Pomeroy Living is not your end of the road. It’s a continuation of your life journey.
