Keith Pomeroy
Keith is most passionate about his community and charitable work, including his role in creating the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MOCAD) as well as Child Safe Michigan - a foster care, adoption and mentoring agency that works with neglected, abused and at-risk children.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from Wayne State University, and is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Nicolas W. Peraino
Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University and worked in the commercial real estate banking industry for over 15 years prior to joining Pomeroy in 2015 as the company’s Chief Investment Officer.
Manda M. Ayoub
Manda is a nurse and a licensed nursing home Administrator in the state of Michigan. She has worked through all aspects of the post-acute healthcare industry, holding various positions including Infection Control Nurse, In-service Director, Quality Assurance Director, Risk Manager and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Hazel V. Medina
Hazel was born and raised in the Philippines and graduated from the University’s accelerated nursing program with honors. After receiving her BSN, Hazel started her career as a Registered Nurse in a specialty hospital in the Philippine’s. In 1995, Hazel moved to the United States where she found her passion for geriatrics and held her first position in the long-term skilled care setting.
Thom Hosinski
With over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Thom has dedicated his career to driving excellence across the senior living continuum. Over the past decade, he has held prominent C-Suite roles, following a strong foundation of service in Vice President and Executive Director positions. His diverse expertise spans independent living, assisted living, memory care, medical home health, private duty services, outpatient care, senior wellness programs, skilled nursing, and continuing care without walls. Thom is passionate about engaging with team members at every level to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services.
Thom holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in healthcare administration, both from the University of Detroit Mercy. He also maintains an active State of Michigan Nursing Home Administrator's license.
Outside of work, Thom cherishes time with his family, enjoys listening to music, practicing yoga, and walking his two beloved dogs.
Christina Eagan
Christina joined Pomeroy Living in July 2020.
Before joining the Pomeroy family, Christina worked for the home care division of a national human services company for 16 years where she held positions of increasing scope and responsibility including Recruiter, Branch Manager, National Project Manager and Executive Director. In the Executive Director role, Christina was responsible for operations and financial outcomes of four home care branches and two adult day centers across Michigan and Indiana.
In her role as Executive Director, her accomplishments included the opening of three home care branches and an adult day center. She also accomplished year-over-year exceptional external audit results, secured many contracts resulting in increased revenues, and lead a national initiative to increase utilization of authorized hours across all states resulting in increased customer satisfaction and revenue.
As a mother of four, her biggest accomplishments are her children.
Teri Robinson
Teri has a Psychology degree from Central Michigan University. She is certified in several leadership programs, including Dale Carnegie Human Relations, and Leadership Management. Teri has a passion for wellness and healthy living. She is currently earning a national certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Teri’s family includes two beautiful sons that play sports and go on adventures with her. She also loves to run, bike, and practice yoga.
