His early experiences in multilingual homes ignited a passion for cooking, prompting him to pursue a culinary career at the age of 15. After overcoming challenges to gain admission to Disney's Culinary College, he made the difficult decision to prioritize family over his aspirations when faced with his grandmother’s illness. Eighteen years later, driven by a desire for fulfillment, Don earned his degrees in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management.
