
Kim Reynolds
Kim Reynolds brings over three decades of dedicated experience in the senior living industry. Throughout her career, Kim has served in various impactful roles, including Physical Therapist, Life Enrichment Director, and most recently, Executive Director. Her unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors is reflected in her approach to leadership and care.
Kim is a graduate of Volunteer State Community College and is devoted to ongoing professional development. She holds several prestigious certifications, including Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. These qualifications underscore her expertise and dedication to providing seniors with the highest standard of care.
Outside of her professional life, Kim enjoys quality time with her husband, Brad, and their five children. She is also an accomplished public speaker on senior care topics, a stand-up comedian, and a passionate reader.

Amanda Sedlik
Amanda Sedlik is a registered nurse with over 25 years of healthcare experience. In nursing, Amanda specialized in intensive care, rapid response team, hospice, and geriatrics. She has been a bedside nurse, clinical leader, and executive at healthcare systems in Michigan and nationally. She is a Certified Dementia Specialist and Certified Senior Advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Health Informatics.
For her personal life, Amanda is married to her husband, Ryan. He works in IT during the day and is a part-time firefighter for Oxford. They have 3 boys, Nicholas (2004), Jackson (2009), and Benjamin (2013). They also have 5 dogs and 3 sugar gliders. They live in White Lake. Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves playing cards and mystery case file games. Golfing is one of her favorite things to do in warmer weather. She also loves listening to Audible, podcasts, and 80's music. Her favorite TV shows are the Office and Arrested Development.
She is extremely excited to be a part of Pomeroy Living. She looks forward to being a strong member of the leadership team and enhancing the experiences for residents and staff.

Mackenzie Peterson
Mackenzie embarked on her career journey with Pomeroy Company, initially serving as a receptionist. It was here that she discovered her profound affinity for curating nurturing environments for seniors. With a deep-seated belief that home transcends physical spaces, Mackenzie is committed to leveraging her skills to positively impact the lives of our cherished elders.
Transitioning to Pomeroy Living in September 2018, Mackenzie assumed the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Rochester Independent in September 2020, demonstrating her dedication to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through strategic leadership. Mackenzie pursued her Bachelor’s Degree at Oakland University graduating in April of 2023.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Mackenzie finds solace in the great outdoors, indulging in activities such as camping and hiking. Her adventurous spirit mirrors her fervor for serving the senior community, embodying a commitment to both enrichment and exploration.

Lorene Strong
Lorene joined the Pomeroy Living Orion Team on Day 1 in 2017. Living locally, she witnessed the community being built and knew that she had to become a part of this family.
Being a resident of such a close knit town like Lake Orion since 1996, Lorene is still amazed at the various connections that she has within the Senior Living Community.
Prior to being at Pomeroy Living, Lorene worked as a dental assistant for 30 years, including a Lake Orion Dentist for the last 15 years. Although she saw hundreds of patients at the office, her favorite patients were always the seniors. They had a way of brightening up her day, and she felt that she made a difference in theirs.
Speaking of seniors, after residing in Wisconsin for over 65 years, Lorene’s father moved in with Lorene and her husband in July, 2022. Since she was born and raised in Wisconsin, Lorene’s roots are hard to hide on Sundays while cheering with her father for their beloved Packers.
The joy of Lorene’s life is her family, especially her 4 grandchildren.

Jessica Hamby
Jessica started working with the senior population 6 years ago when she graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Recreation Event Management. She started working at Pomeroy in June 2023. Jessica has a positive attitude. You can always catch Jessica walking down the halls with a smile on her face. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and being around water and spending time with her husband and family.

Becky Franklin
For the past 20 years, Becky has dedicated herself to cleaning a wide range or spaces, from her children’s messes, schools, medical facilities, homes, and more. Over the years, her passion for cleaning, interacting with others, and helping people has only grown.
At Pomeroy Living, Becky has found a place where she can combine all of her passions and make a meaningful impact. When Becky is not at work she likes to go to her family cottage in Caseville where she looks for rocks on the beach (particularly Petoskey stones), and spend time playing dominoes and card games with her family.

Jayson Howard-Gubala
Jayson joined the Pomeroy Living team in August of 2024 as an Assistant Maintenance Director. Jayson has a passion for working with seniors. He brings a diverse background to our team with his experience as a Hospitality Manager and professional Chef and is skilled in various carpentry and mechanical areas.
Jayson was promoted to Director of Maintenance in 2025. He continues to further his career through training and certification courses.
Jayson enjoys camping and fishing with his four-year-old son, Myles. He is also an accomplished musician who plays guitar and drums.
Born and raised in Howell but has had the opportunity to live all over Michigan. His favorite Michigan city to live in was Petoskey
